THE REAL REASONS YOU KEEP GETTING FATTER AND WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO NATURALLY LOOSE SOME WEIGHT.





Do you know that weight gain starts suddenly? Weight gained in one day will take you one month to shed off (Nutrition expert). Many people just see themselves growing fatter and fatter not knowing what to do.


If you are fat, shedding some of the fat is important; this is it, people who are fat are prone to more health problems than slimmer people (WHO). Hence it is essential that you shed some fat away to avoid health issues.

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE REAL REASON WHY YOU KEEP GETTING FATTER
1.   You eat energy giving food at late hours. Foods like Garri, fufu, semolina etc. are examples. If you are the type that eat foods that are supposed to give you energy at late hours; you are prone to add more fat each day. This is due to the fact when you eat late at night, you are unable to burn off the energy before you go to bed. Therefore, heavy foods are better eating during the day.



2.   You eat lots of cholesterol filled foods. Yes, pizzas, hot dog, fish pie, all sorts of snacks and even cakes can make you fatter than you think. Next time you go out for relaxation, order for food wisely.

3.   You do not exercise enough. How often do you exercise? Exercise is essential if you really want to shed some fat off. Generally, exercise is one of the best ways to stay healthy.

4.   You do not have the habit of fasting. Aside the spiritual benefits of fast. Fasting also has lots of health benefitx. Engaging in it once in a while will surely help you to shed some fat off.


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO SHED SOME FAT AWAY
1.   Fast once in a while.
2.   Exercise all the time
3.   Cut down your consumption of cholesterol filled foods.
4.   Eat your food early when you can still burn out some energy before you sleep.
5.   Drink water often to ensure proper digestion.
