Avoid worry today as it is one of the silent killers

Hello everyone,
It’s good to be here this week for another edition of how to murder worries completely from our lives. I shall be telling you on this edition the story of OMO .T.
an acquaintance of mine who got herself so engulfed in worries which turned to severe depression and later to death. Yes Omo .T. committed suicide due to worries.

Follow me on this edition, read her story and analyze today why should avoid worrying. WORRY IS PREPARING TO GO ON A SUICIDE MISSION.
A friend of mine strongly believes that; it is a futile effort trying to eradicate worries. I just told her one thing, just one thing that changed that ideology in her.

Would you like to know what I told her? I know you do love to know, I will tell you, just keep following. If you are among the group of people who thinks as my friend used to think, it will do you a lot of good to change your ideology also.
Lots of people believe that it is highly impossible to be totally happy, and that is the reason why they could not enjoy 100% happiness in their life.

Others believe it is impossible to alleviate negativities; hence they keep experiencing one form of negativity or the other.
This was what I told my friend that changed her ideology on any form of impossibility. There is nothing under the sun that is impossible.

To me, that word “IMPOSSIBILTY” does not exist. You are what you believe you are. You are what God says you are. You can never become what you feel you are not. If you believe it is possible to avoid worries; it will be so but if you believe the other way round, it will also be so.
That is why God gave us both life and death to choose, worries is death you know; so choose wisely. The God that I serve says that everything is possible to them that believe so why would anyone who serves this most supreme God think or believes that something can be impossible?

I will share OMO T. story in a moment, but first join me to sing this beautiful song, it’s one of my favorites, you may not have a good voice to sing, it does not matter, just read the lyrics.
I CAN SEE EVERYTHING TURNING AROUND, TURNING AROUND, TURNING AROUND FOR MY FAVOUR.

This should be your song too, things will turn around for your good if you believe, but if you feel your situation is beyond remedy, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. That way; you can never be a friend of God or my friend.

OMO T story (Not real name).
She is a beautiful, humble, intelligent and a down to earth person born and raised in Lagos by highly wealthy family. She had a very wonderful and fun filled child/teenage hood. Her pre-school, primary, secondary and University were all of good and interesting memories.

As soon as she graduated from the University, she got a job with Access bank and was doing very well in her job for the two years that she spent there.
She decided to go for her master’s degree while still working so; she applied to a school in Manchester, United Kingdom. Within few months she was ready to travel to the UK for her studies and eventually she left.

Everything was going on smoothly both in her academics, and every other aspect of her life especially the steady relationship she was enjoying at that time with her fiancé.
She was supposed to get married to him on completion of her course from the UK. There were so much in love and there were happy. Both parents new them as prospective son/daughter – in-law.

Four months to the end of her studies, she started feeling a little bit tired after engaging in any simple activity, she also feels some abdominal pain at interval which was not severe at that time, she was already planning to go see a doctor during the week but while in class on this day, she slump and was taken to the hospital.
At the hospital she was diagnosed of ovarian cancer. The doctors explained to her what needed to be done as the cancerous cells were spreading so fast.

She went home and became withdrawn, a very wrong thing to do in such circumstance. She switched up her phone, she stopped going to school, and she even refused to go for the next appointment in the hospital. She also refused to tell her parents not even her immediate elder sister who is like her twin sister as they were so close.

When the fiancé tried to call her on several occasions to no avail, he came down to her parent’s house expressing his worries. The parents were also worried and told him so, together; they called her guardian and who went to her house, knocked and knocked but there was no response. He called her course adviser who informed him that she slumped in class and was rushed to the hospital; he hurried to that hospital and was told she was discharged the next day.

Her neighbors said they have not seen her for days but the gate man said she actually drove-in in a taxi few days ago and have not seen her going out after that day.  As soon as her guardian told the parents of his findings, they booked for two air ticket and were on their way to the UK in the next available flight.

As soon as they arrived, her guardian picked them up from the airport and drove straight to the nearest police station to Omo T’s house. Together they went to her house, knocked and knocked but no response, but as soon as her father and mother started shouting her native name ‘TITILOPE’ (not real name), she came out and opened the door.

Surprised to see her parents, she clanged to her father and wept.
I need to attend to other important matters now, Read the next post for the continuation of this story (it’s a true life story). After reading this story you; you will agree with me that worry is what everyone ought to avoid by any means possible because it does a lot of harm and brings no good.

TILL THE NEXT EDITION.
CHEERS!
